How can I reset my progress?

This feature is available for "Version 2.0" which has a URL like https://constructivedialogue.org/app/user. If you are on "Version 3.0" which has a URL like learn.constructivedialogue.org, there is no "progress reset" feature.

Please note that if you reset your progress, the action cannot be undone. 

You will need to reset your progress if: 

• You want to start over the program with a different group, using a different access code;
• You want to take all the lessons again, in order to improve your quiz scores.

To reset your progress, go to your Main Menu and scroll down to select the Settings option:

Then, choose Reset the program. On this page, click on the vertical three-dot menu in the top-right corner to Reset everything.

You will then be taken to the very first beginning of the program.
