How can I confirm my account?

When you create your account, a confirmation email will be sent to you from [email protected] with the subject "Perspectives: Please Confirm Account". Please make sure to check your spam folder as well, as the email might have ended up in there.

To confirm your account, simply click on the link in this email.

If you do not confirm your account within 7 days of registering, your access will be locked and you will run into the following error while trying to sign in:

On this message, choose "click here", enter your email address, and press "Resend email to confirm account". 

If you still cannot find the message in your inbox or spam folder, it is possible that your email provider is blocking some external messages - this is extremely rare, but might happen in a tightly regulated email network such as a school.

You can get in touch with your network’s IT support, and ask them to add emails from guidedtrack.com to their allowlist. In the meantime, you can contact us at [email protected] for help with confirming the account manually.
